What is the Umana Technique©?

The Umana Technique was channeled by renowned Australian spiritual teacher, Kachina Ma’an, as a series of nightly downloads from Spirit in late 2023. The first practitioner training took place in March 2024, followed by her first teacher training in February 2025.

At its heart, Umana is about evolutionary engineering. This modality was brought to us at this time to support the next stage of human evolution, spiritual maturity, and personal growth, as we are now ready for this incredibly advanced level of spiritual work.

It works with a newly discovered system of 10 dormant meridians to activate five higher chakras, which are your body’s most advanced spiritual energy centres. Beyond the traditional seven, these higher chakras unlock dormant spiritual abilities and give you a powerful, direct connection to divine consciousness.
